ShipInsure is top tier: from onboarding, customization, claims, and check-ins, their team is super responsive and helpful. I wanted to customize the widget in our cart so that it was abundantly obvious ShipInsure was optional. Despite this being a bit of an unusual request, they implemented all our requested changes and we are still at the top end of adoption rate for their benchmarks. They've also been super open to feedback and input on improving the platform and insights for future offers.
