We used to spend hours each week dealing with carrier claims. ShipInsure has allowed us to avoid this entirely and is also making us money. I'm very happy with this app.

The support from this app is just terrible! Poor customer service, they don't respond to you after eamiling them several times, but they'll respond fast when they get reported to shopify. I've had the app on my store for over a month now and it has yet to be set up correctly. Support is pretty much non existant now. Will definitely look into another app cuz nobody has time to deal with all this nonsense.

We have had an awesome experience so far with sales and customer service. The application makes it much easier for us to file claims. In the past it was a bit of a headache but this saves time and money! Highly recommend!
