Payment missing, supplier unpaid, and still no resolution

I used this app to pay my supplier, but the payment never reached them and the money has not been returned. Despite providing supporting documents and following up repeatedly, I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a resolution.

This delay has put unnecessary pressure on my business and damaged my confidence in the app. When a payment goes missing, merchants need clear answers, timely updates, and a firm timeline for resolving it.

Not recommended at all...
