Prediko Inventory Management

We are a retail store moving our whole inventory onto a new Shopify POS, so we had no sales history in Shopify for Prediko to forecast from. The Prediko support team, Anubhav and Prakhar in particular, went well out of their way to help. They answered every question, checked with their tech team on our behalf, gave us a clear template, and had our full historical sales import done within a day.

The interface is a big step up from the inventory tool we were using before. It is clear and easy to work in, and the days-of-stock approach to ordering suits a store with thousands of SKUs. We are early in our rollout but already confident in it.
