Hi,

The $96 charge is for the yearly plan you selected on October 16, 2025. We sent two reminders before the renewal on October 16, 2026.

I understand that emails can get missed, so no worries, we're happy to refund you.

I've sent you a personal email with a few details. Would you mind getting back to me?
