★☆☆☆☆ — Unreliable reporting and customer support that takes no ownership

I’ve spent 10 days trying to resolve a serious reporting issue with WeTracked. Their dashboard shows approximately $5 in revenue and a ROAS of 0.01x. My cheapest product costs $19, I haven’t sold that item in the last 10 days, and my average order value is around $250. These figures make no sense for my business.

I provided Google Ads screenshots for the same reporting period and repeatedly explained the discrepancies. Support still hasn’t explained where these revenue amounts come from or why their dashboard doesn’t match.

Every follow-up gets the same response: “We’ve escalated this to our engineering team,” followed by another apology. Ten days later, there is still no fix, no meaningful progress update, and no clear timeline. I have to keep chasing them, only to be brushed off again. Their handling of this issue has shown very little concern for a paying customer spending real money on advertising.

Eventually, they told me to rely on my Google Ads numbers. If that’s the answer, why offer an analytics dashboard in the first place? Why display figures you cannot explain and then direct customers elsewhere when they question them?

This also leaves me questioning whether the purchase events and revenue values sent to Google and Meta are accurate. I haven’t proven those outgoing events are wrong, but WeTracked hasn’t provided verification that they are correct either.

Technical problems can happen. What is unacceptable is leaving a customer chasing answers for 10 days while repeating apologies and escalation messages. Based on both the unresolved reporting issue and the dismissive support experience, I cannot recommend WeTracked.

Hey,

Thank you for taking the time to explain your experience. We're genuinely sorry for the frustration this issue has caused and, especially, for how long you've been waiting for a clear answer.

You're right to expect us to investigate discrepancies in the data we display and to provide meaningful updates rather than repeatedly telling you that an issue has been escalated. The delay in getting you a concrete explanation and keeping you informed has fallen short of our standards, and we take responsibility for that.

Our primary purpose at wetracked.io is to track and accurately transmit conversion data to advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. We understand how important accurate purchase values are for your reporting and advertising decisions.

Your concerns about the revenue values displayed in Pulse, the difference in attributed purchase counts, and the events reported in your advertising platforms deserve a thorough technical review.

Our internal Pulse analytics dashboard is still in beta, and discrepancies can occur while we continue improving it.

However, that doesn't make your concerns any less important, and we should have done a better job of explaining what we had verified, what remained under investigation, and what the next steps were.

Our development team is still investigating the discrepancies, and we're actively following up to get clear answers.

We would also like to arrange a call with you to review the findings, address your outstanding questions, and clarify what we've been able to verify regarding your tracking and the data sent to your advertising platforms.

We're sorry that this has taken longer than expected and that our communication has left you feeling that your concerns weren't being taken seriously.

We'd appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, provide a clearer explanation, and work toward resolving the outstanding issues.

With sincere apologies,
The wetracked.io Team
