Evey Events & Tickets

I copy/pasted the QR code that showed up for my event and it sent people to some other login. I can't figure out how to get my tickets to get the correct QR code and connect to my Shopify account. It's pointless because my event is now 1 week away and I've been trying to get this going all week.
