Disputely: Prevent Chargebacks

Asked to transfer over to chargeflow as the catch rate was 70% and it should be around 90% on alerts, they disenrolled me so I had no protection and then just left me. Chargebacks are pilling up and could lose my whole store.

They only really respond to our customer help when we threaten them with reviews. Stick to chargeflow the catch rate on alerts is much higher.
