The options offered by the app are great. Need to improve on the support. It is a complex app that does a lot of edits to code base after customer click the checkout button. May interfere with cart-page-based upsell, cross-sell, discount code trigger, and store pick-up apps. Support team should try to do more throughout testing before handing back to the store. May take a few days or up to a month to fix everything. A good app after everything is working.
