A-mazing, I was stunned with a smashing response from these guys. I asked if it was possible to modify my pop ups and text, and rather than send me to some help page, they actually offered to do it for me right away.
As a result I have a better performing offers and pop ups, my team and customers are much happier with the whole set up.
Fabulous, they are probably stuck with this customer for life now , thank you to the guys in app support, you put Amazon to shame!

This is a nice app. The only one I have found that lets me create Buy X Get Y by letting customers choose from a range of products with variables. Also has many other great functions.
Excellent, quick, very patient customer service. Thank you so much, Kay, for all your help.

Oh man, where do I begin? This app is truly just, something else. It really helps and boosts conversions with all the nice features it has! When I first installed it, I needed some help on what would be the best set up for me and both Alex and Emily were just outstanding. They helped me to the tea and I was just amazed with how kindly they helped me throughout each of my questions. If you guys are reading this, thank you so much! I can't recommend this app enough :)

Really good app, works well (a few minor issues but mainly caused by Shopify limitations and our ambitions). I love how easy it is to get assistance though, it takes no time at all to get a resolution to a problem from real people who know what they're doing. Recommended.

While not perfect, this is one of the best apps for going over and beyond what Shopify natively allows. We are able to create multiple discounts, bundles and more. Support is also excellent.

Brilliant app. I use a lot of bulk buy discounts in my store eg 3 for £10, 4 for £10 etc. I needed my customers to be able to pay with reward points and still keep the discounts. This app does the trick.
I had a problem where the subtotal would not update in the cart page, reached out to the support team and it was sorted for me within 24 hours.
Excellent app and support.

This app does exactly what it is marketing for. The support team also helped me to customize some features and how it displayed on our site. Highly recommended for custom discounts and bundle offers.

Exactly what we needed! We had this installed and working perfectly fine, but did run into an issue once we changed our Shopify theme. This was because the new theme didn't auto-refresh on the cart page, so the discounts wouldn't trigger unless manually refreshing the page. The support was absolutely fantastic and resolved the issue for us immediately! Highly recommended!

Fantastic App for providing customers with unique opportunities to save money. Volume-based special offers play an integral role in my store's customer experience, and we couldn't provide that without USO.

The app is good , although it can be better . As an example , setting 2 promotion on a product is quite confusing , example setting discount like Buy 1 Free 1 & Buy 2 Free 3 , you can't set the discount with the same method or it will not work .
The customer support is very helpful and fast. A big Thumb-Up for their Customer Support Kay that provide fast and helpful support.
