Ordersify: PDF Order Printer

I like the app. I can easily create a bill for my customers and add all information that I need. But there is one issue. When adding the code into my email template and then clicking the link inside the mail, it won't work somehow. Also I would prefer the invoice would be attached as pdf inside the mail
