It has made the process of reconciling our inventory seamless by ensuring that items sold in our brick and mortar store are removed from our website so that our customers can be assured that items listed on our website are available. As a small boutique retailer, the time saved by not having to manually reconcile our inventory is invaluable.

With regard to customer service, Tim is the best. He responds immediately to inquiries and resolves any issues promptly. He is proactive in monitoring the performance of the software and will notify the customer if he sees any areas that may need attention. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this software.
