ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

I am not good at using email apps. I went on to the chat version of the help on ONE+, and someone answered me immediately. Other apps there is a bit of a wait. I got Sofia on the chat and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to have patience with my ineptness, and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could completely understand. She solved my issues quickly and stayed with me to make sure I was able to see the problem was solved, explained in detail how it was done, and even added a few more features I didn't know I could do. She made it look simple. She was amazing, and made it a education as well as pleasurable experience. I'm happy I chose this app.
