Great app. We've been using it for several years to send our listings from Etsy to Shopify. We don't use the inventory syncing but for simple transfers it saves us probably 40+ hours a month.
I did have an issue recently where photos linked to variations weren't transferring over correctly. I got frustrated because I stopped getting responses to my emails after a few days. It turns out my ticket had accidentally gotten closed. So I know next time that happens to just open a new ticket as they are normally very receptive and answer emails quickly.
