Its a great app that help with our referral program, and I have to say their customer service is good, usually, I will get a reply in 24 hrs except for holiday ofc. But I may suggest making the FAQ more comprehensive, for some questions, I will need to ask them directly by email, but if I can find a solution by searching a keyword, it won't be much hassle for their team.
