Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

Using this app 2021-2025 and I had to update our review to warn other merchants that bugs persist in this app, taking us a huge amount of time to publish & feature each review (ie lots of screen refreshes, repeated checking of status of each live vs not live review has changed).

For 1-2 years they have promised fixes but just this week we learn there is a wait on for a new version of the app being built though they cant tell us when it will be available.

No attempt to mitigate or overcome the issues from stamped.io by offering workarounds, or an app fee break/discount so we are planning to migrate to an alternative app ASAP.
