Really really really great customer service. I had some issues with customizing display widgets and Joel from product support has been amazing. Also, gave me a really great tip to make sure all emails sent will be SPF/DKIM authenticated as this helps increase deliverability across all ESPs > I was not doing this.

The product is great, however if you have an issue with billing you will go around in circles with shopify and stamped. Just be aware if you sign up and start paying you may end up paying for a product that you don't get. Both parties will say that the other is at fault. So far I've paid well $1000usd and received only the free package. Normally I wouldn't write a low star review however after trying for months to get a resolution I haven't been looked after.

Great app! It's very user-friendly and works beautifully both aesthetically and functionally. The support team is also fantastic - they have always had a fast response time to tickets, and Samantha was able to resolve an issue we were having very quickly.

So far I really like Stamped. It came recommended to me. I use their free plan, and it's still very useful. Adds a lot of production value to my store. And their customer support is 1 on 1, very attentive, and able to customize certain things completely for free.

There was an issue with my app updating and my reviews showing and James replied quickly and clearly. He fixed the problem for me and i really appreciate his customer service. I definitely recommend this app for all your reviews.

We cannot recommend this app and really miss the old Shopify Review app just because of how easy it was to use. This Stamped Review app is extremely slow, super glitchy and we seem to have to contact support often because of something popping up and not working. I will say they do respond to customer service in a reasonable time and get our issues resolved but I don't feel so many issues should be happening this often. We are just not happy with the sluggish performance and always dealing with issues with reviews either not posting, how you cannot block or now even delete consistent spam reviews, the sluggish load times which have improved a little recently, not showing a "Thank You" so your customer knows the review went through like we are dealing with now, etc. We are just getting tired of the constant issues we are experiencing with this app and having to reach out to support. If we find things improve we are happy to change our review but so far not so good I'm sorry to say.
