I am just starting to use this app. I had some questions and the customer service was fast and helpful with answering my questions. We had multiple people already sign up to be notified, and will update the review when the products go active. Update: The app has been very helpful and brought in sales. Our customers are able to know asap when a sought after product is back in stock or available to pre-order. We recently moved themes, and the customer service was very helpful in the update.
