Doesn't seem to be any support during EU business hours. Simple problems can take a few days to get resolved because of the time difference..

Updated 9th March 2023: The new version of the app is much better and reliability is great. Support requests also answered quickly.

We are sorry for the late response due to the different timezone we have. 🙁 We tried to solve the issue as fast as we could. About your other request, we could not set it because it will affect our whole codings. We hope you sympathize.
