DECO Product Labels & Badges

Great app and excellent support! This is the perfect solution we were looking for to apply custom labels to products and collections using tags. It works exactly as we needed and has made managing our labels much easier.

Honestly, I wish we had installed this app sooner! It was really easy to set up and we started seeing the difference on our website pretty quickly. We did have a small issue with the badge not showing correctly on mobile for one product variant, but Jane was super helpful and quick to respond. She made the whole thing so much easier for us. Really appreciate the great support — thank you, Jane!

Once again, the team at DECO Hove have outdone themselves.
We’re using a paid theme with custom VAT displays, which means the discount feature doesn’t behave quite right because of our custom setup. The online chat (a real human, not AI) connected me with Tracy and Felicie, and they jumped straight onto the fixes I needed.

This is the second store out of five that I’ll be installing this on, and the support has genuinely been the best I’ve had from any app so far.

Would give more stars if I could.

I am not sure why we didn't download this sooner. The app was simple to install and implement with immediate results on our website. We had one small hiccup with the badge showing up on mobile devices variants with one product - but the customer support was outstanding. Thank you Tracy!

Just Tried this new app from DECO and it is absolutely amazing. I required a special badge for my product pages and contacted the Support services who answered immediately and got access to my website and supplied the perfect badge I requested with the correct text. Massive support from Felicie. We are well aware that today you do not get the support on most apps as most apps have gone for the AI answering service but not DECO!! I Fully recommend DECO to everybody. Thank You Felicie

John was very helpful. We use DECO for promotions, and it's been a lot easier than coding labels and badges on the backend; it's just simpler and more efficient. The only flaw is that sometimes the sizing and placement get lost and you have to re-adjust, but it does not happen that often.

Resolved recurring display issues that we struggled with on previous label apps.
The support team are also quick & responsive and resolved our requests promptly when onboarding.

Felicie from customer service was absolutely helpful!!! very easy to use app once you get the hang of it. I think what I liked the most (I just started using it) is how accessible is their team and how quickly they were able to give me a quick rundown on how the app works. So far... I recommend it!! last time I did all the price changes manually which took me way too long!

I am now using this app on two stores. I like the new feature where you create a discount and it automatically matches that product with a badge. And the "two discount" design is also a big help for me.
