ReConvert folks have been very patient with me as they explain the limitations of Shopify. Basically, if your customer pays in one currency but your default store currency is something else, Shopify has a limitation and won't trigger the post-purchase funnels. But ReConvert themselves have been very responsive and patient in explaining these limitations. I recommend their support.
