As a much needed update:
Support reached out to me and informed me why my emails went unanswered. Lauralynn offered to set up a video chat where I was allowed to address any concerns and/or goals I wanted to achieve with the app and she was super transparent and 100% helpful! Her team was even able to go behind the scenes to complete a custom enhancement I really wanted to add. —————————

App is good but needed some help with the layout and structure -- customer service is unresponsive, even after multiple follow-ups :/
