Absolutely abismal !!
After being a customer for years, the service has severely deteriorated.

Incredibly poor support... many emails sent over months.. Occasional responses that are never followed up on or seen through, and the issue is never resolved.
They have also just doubled our monthly fee with no notice whatsoever!

BE WARNED... these guys cannot be trusted. Needless to say, in the process of finding another provider

**UPDATE**
We have worked with this merchant to resolve the issues in their review, which should now be rectified. The merchant has also been provided with 6 months free for the delay in dealing with these issues.

Thanks for updating your review. I have checked out helpdesk software and we don't seem to have any recent correspondence from you. I will contacting you myself to see if we can help resolve any of your issues.

We also haven't changed the monthly fee you're being charged, the is an issue with our billing page that is displaying incorrect pricing for some merchants.
