This is one of the best, simple subscription apps out there. Made a big difference. They also have amazing, personalized customer service. Love it!

I’ve tried a few subscription apps before deciding on SubZero. The setup was smooth, the features are thoughtfully designed, and everything integrates seamlessly with Shopify. What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service. The team (especially George) went above and beyond to answer my questions quickly and even helped with some custom configurations for my store.
It’s clear they’ve built the app to be simple, flexible, and user-friendly without the extra bloat you find in other solutions. Pricing is fair, the functionality is exactly what I need, and support has been exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution!

Absolutely abismal !!
After being a customer for years, the service has severely deteriorated.

Incredibly poor support... many emails sent over months.. Occasional responses that are never followed up on or seen through, and the issue is never resolved.
They have also just doubled our monthly fee with no notice whatsoever!

BE WARNED... these guys cannot be trusted. Needless to say, in the process of finding another provider

**UPDATE**
We have worked with this merchant to resolve the issues in their review, which should now be rectified. The merchant has also been provided with 6 months free for the delay in dealing with these issues.

Thanks for updating your review. I have checked out helpdesk software and we don't seem to have any recent correspondence from you. I will contacting you myself to see if we can help resolve any of your issues.

We also haven't changed the monthly fee you're being charged, the is an issue with our billing page that is displaying incorrect pricing for some merchants.

Russell responded to all my questions with helpful info and feedback. They also built this app a lot smarter than other subscription apps. Tagging, for example, is per subscription. So unlike other apps where any active subscriber will have the same active tag, this app can handle different active tags for different subscriptions. It's easy to use and the price is not bad.

Very happy with Simple Subscriptions. Works well straight away, easy install, easy to configure and great support from the team when required. I used this for subscriptions and lately have used the product swops feature which is very useful indeed and easy to implement. Also now learned to edit the purchase options box better and appreciate the functionality of this. Well done and thank you for this app.

I recommend this app, but there are some basic features the app does not offer. For example, there is currently no easy way to see the total number of shipments set to go out in a given month. My business keeps track of how many boxes we need to pack each month with hand-made spreadsheets of customers set to receive shipments that month.

The developers seem helpful and open to suggestions, so I'm hoping our feature requests will be added to the app soon! Overall, we are satisfied with the capabilities of the app as it stands.

We had looked for a long time for a service to help us with our custom subscriptions. Cakewalk's Simple Subscriptions has gone above and beyond what we were expecting. They are always responsive, clear, and helpful. They even helped us to set up some custom configurations for our data! I couldn't recommend them more highly.
