I just modified and added another pop up on my website with a a/b segment after being on Shopify for almost two years. I am not that tech savvy but this app is very easy to use. Whenever I had an issue I had the help of Noelia who was absolutely AMAZING! I read reviews from others and it seemed too good to be true. Like the reviews has to be fake, but I'm speaking from experience. I was able to setup my email popup and follow up emails to retain my future customers. Noelia was so helpful setting up mu abandon cart emails. The best part is customer service is there 24/7 to help you with ANY and ALL questions. I even missed a step in the design process and Noelia caught it for me and updated it so I wouldn't have to go backwards in the step by step process.
