Navidium Shipping Protection

We are using this app instead of Route, which we weren't happy with. I love that we are in charge of claims and can do the right thing without thinking twice about the cost to our bottom line! With Route they kept finding ways to not pay, which is extremely frustrating when the customer paid for it, and then doing the right thing still has to come out of my pocket.
