The App was uninstalled without any Notification & didn't tracked any orders for 2 months. - Now I'm trying to remove my paypal hold, because I reached the limit & see that this app wasn't working for 2 months. - My request to increase the limitation will be most likely rejected by paypal now.

Sorry for having to deal with this situation with Paypal.
We have been trying to reach out to you to let you know that the issue of the TrackiPal app getting uninstalled from your store without you knowing it is something that can't be done from our side as we don't have access to your store.
Our app was removed from your store by a local user you have setup on your account but not by us remotely.
As of now, We can still see you as an active client for TrackiPal; please let us know if there is anything we can do for you from our side to help fix your situation with PayPal.
