This app is a must for all serious web stores. It provides a great deal of piece of mind when processing orders that have been approved by Riskified, removing the risk associated with selling online.
Lately the only issue we have faced is the new policy of Riskified that requires orders taken over phone and entered into Shopify draft orders to be double verified by sending the customer an email from Riskified. The customers are required to find the email, click on a button that opens up the browser and then click on another button to confirm the order. These extra steps are tedious and sometimes hard to explain to our customers why they must go through all these steps before their order can be processed. It is very inconvenient for our customers. This is especially inconvenient to repeat customers. If Riskified can come up with a easier solution to this or go back to how draft orders were being processed before than I would surely give them 5 stars

I love Riskified. Since We started using it out chargeback level has plummeted to zero. Initially Riskified was pretty expensive but since the implementation of submit every transaction at a 1.4% rate, it has become more economically attractive. I have not had the chance to check out their chargeback guarantee because there hasn't been any.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is that sometimes it takes several hours (6+) on high dollar transactions placed late in the day. It's almost as if a human has to approve it (maybe that's true) and there is no night shift. Just pure speculation.

If you are concerned about chargebacks, Riskify is highly recommended.

All orders go through Riskified prior to being shipped, and so far it is working great!

This is a must have service for anyone selling high priced items and doesn't have significant volume. One $3,000 fraudulent purchase that we miss would hurt our bottom line.

The only downside is that it is difficult to tell how conservative Riskified's assessment system is. We have already been declined for a few high value sales. We are in a business with customers that are more likely to do things like try to hide their identity. It would be a shame if we missed out on some high value sales, but it's not worth the risk.

Update: After I left this review, a rep contacted me and I spoke to them for a while about their system. While it still is difficult to get a good feel thus far as to my experience with their service, their customer service was really good and responsive.
