A great application that is highly recommended for any store! Great service and helps protect us from potential fraudulent orders which we've unfortunately experienced before we started using Riskified, but since then we've been able to authorize orders with ease.

We've been using Riskified for a couple months and we're totally happy with it. The auto-review options are as flexible as we need them to be, and the fee is fairly minor considering you're totally covered against chargebacks and don't have to do manual order reviews ever again. In two interactions, we've also found their customer service to be very responsive.

Riskified has greatly reduced our order vetting and processing time. We do a fair amount of international transactions and Riskified provides a necessary service for our business. Their customer service is top notch to boot.

This app reduced our Charges Back to 0! what else we expect are really responsive and they offer great service for every businesses! Impressed!

Fabulous App!! A definite must have for anyone using Shopify! Easy to Install. Support is great and quick to respond! Credit card fraud is serious business in the ecommerce world. Whether it's taking a financial hit in chargebacks or the double loss of losing our inventory in a fraud order, there is so little, if any, protection for us and we always lose to the credit card companies and the thieves. I've had an online business since '97 and I'm thrilled that there's someone finally watching out for us! Thank you!!

Amazing App. Takes the headache and worry out of suspicious orders! No more endless googleing a name/address/e-mail to see if its legitimate or not.
