I highly recommend using this plugin! It is very easy to set up and offers a wide range of flexible customization options, allowing your comments to adapt to various scenarios. What impressed me the most was the excellent support from both the customer service and technical teams. When I encountered a minor issue and reached out for assistance, they patiently guided me through each step of the process. The problem was resolved in a short period of time with great efficiency. Their service was highly professional and courteous—definitely a five-star experience!
App works great and good customer service. I had a problem with the amount of reviews not showing up correctly but the problem actually lay with another 3rd party app that hadn't updated their code to support the app properly. Rivyo managed to fix the problem anyway.
