Great app. Easy to use and customer service response very fast. For those who needs reviews from amazon, this is a great choice. You will need to pay for importing reviews from amazon though. But not expensive!

Support team is super helpful and responds very quick. Been looking for a good review app that has support for photos, along with an upgrade path for q&a and auto email requests, this has it all.
The csv-import of my Shopify Product Rating app failed. The support answered only 3 days later – as a bot with an answer that didn't even begin to solve the problem. Deleted the app right away.
