Hi there,

Thank you for your review. Our app will install snippet codes in the current theme which is activated when you have installed it only, so if you have changed your theme then you will need to add snippet codes again for it refer to this instruction: https://docs.ryviu.com/en/articles/1398594-how-to-show-reviews-after-changing-or-updating-the-theme-on-your-shopify-store
It will need a little technical experience to install, so if you don't know how then please feel free to contact us, then we will fix it for you.

I love it! Hit a snag trying to insert the code into the product description, but, the customer support helped me out. Now my products have started receiving reviews. Thanks Dan!

I really liked the support, they gave me assistance, and helped me in whatever way possible, only their new update wasn't so good, the free plan only allows up to 20 reviews to be shown, no matter how many you have, but the plan basic works that is not that expensive as well, in the end you can copemsar really pay, in addition it has other functionalities, thank you for all the support

I just started using this app. It works perfectly, it imports all reviews from marketplaces, merges reviews I already have in my store, send emails to clients asking for reviews. Customer service is amazing. I believe I'll have very good results from it.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the plugin I purchased from your company.
It is frustrating to have paid for something that cannot meet my needs. The plugin consistently returns poor results, doesn't offer essential functionality, and delivers inaccurate and irrelevant information. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously, and initiate appropriate measures to improve the quality of your products.
