This application is easy to set up, which is an undeniable positive point. However, I've encountered a serious issue with customer support, which seems to be non-existent. The lack of communication is a major drawback. As for my specific problem, I've actively chosen the delivery estimates option for the cart and checkout, but unfortunately, no estimates are appearing. It's disappointing for an application that promises such functionality.
This app has a tech issue and according to developers they can't solve it here is my issue with the app The app will confirm customers estimated delivery date from the day they add the product to the cart, not from the day they place the order if the customer keeps the product for 2 days in the cart and then proceed with the order, time will be calculated from the day of "Add to the cart", not once order is placed.
My case: Usual delivery time is 3-5 business days Order was placed on 26 August 2022 at 2:05 pm
Estimated between: Aug 24 - Aug 26(as per this App's calculation I have to deliver the same day she placed the order)
Another case: 2 different orders were placed on the same day. Each one of them has different Estimated date.
Order 1 - placed on 1 September 2022 at 7:40 am
Estimated between: Sep 05 - Sep 07
Order 2 - placed on 1 September 2022 at 1:54 pm
Estimated between: Sep 03 - Sep 06
This app is simple and extremely useful. In addition, it's free, it's unlike any other app on Shopify. Extremely fast customer support, I've never seen that.

This app is amazing, compared to other apps that I've used, this app doesn't glitch out or anything, it's features are better than most apps out there and customer support responds fairly quickly. Would recommend it to anyone.

So far the app is working, and service is great. It wasn't hard to get this set up and I haven't had any issues with it. I would def try this since it's free.
We have just installed the APP for a week or so. From an installation pov, we highly recommend this APP. They do not need to modify our code! Even we have customized quite some coding on our store, plus some APP did changed a few templates, this team has put up additional effort to help us modify the code on their end to make it work! This is top service. During the discussion of the issue, there is a bit push back and forth. I suppose the support team have a lot of work in line for that. But they come back with a solution in a few days. Again, highly appreciated! Once again, Thank you team! Looking forward for the tool to help us uplift our sales further.
Downloaded all the apps out there and this one is by far the best, you can not only set delivery dates but each product/ collection can be customized to whatever you like, text, ETA ANYTHING
