I just downloaded this app because I've seen it on other sites. It lets the customers know that other people are shopping as well. It's not necessarily good for reviews, but at least people will know that the site is worth trying (especially for a first time customer).

So far, I really like the app's "integrativeness" with the store. They show examples as to what the icon will look like once you, or already are, making sales. Great app to have as a Big Social Proof tool in my opinion. You don't want to add it later when you could add it today to save you headache later :-)
