I have re-installed and tested again the app. It's a great app but customer support is laggard. If you contact them, it will take 2 business days for them to reply, I uninstalled again

This app was easy to setup and configure. I can't wait to increase conversions on all the products in my store.
I used this app to help me boost sales. I was hesitated at the beginning to install app that creates pop ups as it can get quite annoying. But I love this app. The design of the pop up and the timing are perfect, won't be too much or too annoying. You can adjust all the timing, frequencies and design. Considering to upgrade my plan. Great job and Thank you!
