Things are going well. Some of the fields are a bit confusing, but it's a lot to take in at once. Everything seems to be functioning fine, I'm just still getting used to all the different functionalities.

Service is great but keep in mind the difference in times between Europe and US. We will keep you posted after first transition of subscriptions go out from Seal after transferring the subscriptions over.

Really good so far! Was able to get help immediately from their support team with an issue that I had with the widgets when I installed the app. They responded in good time and I am loving the addition it brings to my website!

The app is very easy to work with and seams to work accordingly. The only reason why I cannot give 5-stars, is because ideally I would like to have a different delivery interval (with different prices) from the payment interval, but that is not possible. Regardless, there are no other apps where this is possible, so Seal is the best option by far! So I am happy.

Nice app overall.

I’m not sure where people get customer service. All we see is a chat bot with FAQ. Many times we have needed help and never see a way to talk to anyone which has been really frustrating.

It took some time for me to get the hang of it, but I was able to set-up the rules and understand the potential of the app. I am glad that I was encouraged to try a little harder. It is actually not that difficult. The good news is that the subscription service now automatically charges shipping for each delivery. I thought I would have to make special rules.
