The app has always worked great. Support is very good too. I needed help with my link on my accounts page and right away they got me taken care of with an article on what I needed to do to fix my issue. I would highly recommend this app to anyone.
Support is great and always detailed with screenshots. We are on different timezones so the delay is out of their control, so I won't ding them because you only really need to contact once most times to get a resolution. By far one of the more affordable subscription apps for what you get! Highly recommend!
It's a great app for configuring your subscription models, and the best part is how easily customizable and user-friendly it is. We integrated it into our shop and fully customized it to our needs. It also offers API connectivity, which makes things even smoother. Plus, their after-sales support is top-notch, we've emailed them multiple times with different queries and always received a reply within 24 hours. They genuinely do their best to resolve any issues. Recommend it!

This app has been great for allowing our partners to support us on a regular basis with their purchases and not have to run out of our products or keep track of when to place an order. The versatility is excellent, and the staff has been easy to contact and quick to respond.
We're excited to step up the promotion of our new subscription service.
I tried four major subscription app brands before settling on Seal. It was the only one that worked straight out of the box and integrated seamlessly with our product page.
The customer service is really good too and they respond to emails either same day or next day.

This Shopify app has been straight forward and easy to use.
The subscription portal is effortless to be reviewed and edited by our customer and ourselves.
They have a lot of videos on how to use there app. When I can't get an answer there, the customer service has been quick to reply.

Seamless and Intuitive Subscription Management!
We’ve just started using Seal Subscriptions, and I’m already impressed! The app is incredibly intuitive—setting up and configuring our subscription options was straightforward and hassle-free. The design is clean and user-friendly, which made onboarding a breeze.

Rollout of updates and the merchant can solve the problems. Before the update, customers with a subscription could use the manual added method of "paying by invoice", since the update only credit card is possible. I havent been actively informed by Seal, that they made such changes and guess what, customers have to call me, if we are not offering invoicing anymore. WTF. I dont know how many of orders I lost due to Seal. Now, have to speak with their support to find a solution because they break things, I have to pay for their software AND loose money, guess what how happy I am.

Great plug-in that accomplishes exactly what we need in relaying subscription orders to shopify! Thanks Seal.
Would love an option where variants within a subscription offering could be effectively input into shopify. This would help us track inventory a little better (since our 1 subscription offering has 4 variations..).
Very good subscription app, with lots of important features:
- Customer portal with a lot of options
- Multi product support
- Multilanguage
- Easy migration
Support is very responsive. Would really recommend this app.
