Hi, thank you for your feedback. Storefront filter settings have moved to the Shopify Search & Discovery app. If you have previously customized your filter settings, we have pre-installed the Shopify Search & Discovery app for you, so you can continue to make edits. There have been no changes to your previous setting, and your store’s performance will not be impacted by the installation of the app.
You can safely uninstall the app at any point and your filters will keep working as is. If you wish to make changes to the filter settings in the future, you have to reinstall the app.
The screen is blank. It does not work in any modern updated browser for me. Now it is impossible to edit Filters on any website. Have tried contacting Shopify but they keep saying I need to login to create a ticket. 1. I am logged in.
2. I contacted you via the app header from one of the stores I am using (the only bit that appears).
3. It has my email address in the ticket, so I must be logged in. Am I supposed to login somewhere else to contact you? EDIT: Also need to say, I never installed this app. It just appeared and broke the website for over 24 hours, with no confirmation from Shopify.

This app only works on certain Shopify Themes, I worked for over three weeks to add the details for all my products ONLY to find my Shopify Theme does not support adding complementary products :-(
The app is able to change the native search and product recommendations of Shopify, but that does require your Online Store theme to be using these native features. We recommend contacting your theme's developer about these missing features, or checking if they are already available in a more recent version of your theme. All Online Store 2.0 themes from our Theme Store have adopted these features, so you can preview them there.
I NEVER added this app, but then I recognized it showed up in my store. Extremely weird! Has anybody got the same thing?

I like the app but when we transferred to the new Shopify 2.0, we lost all of our tabs that made the related products look at a collection that we wanted to be associated with that product. There needs to be an option in the recommended products section that lets you link to a related collection of products, rather than having to add each related product separately. It gives you a general selection of related products by default, but our recommended products were more tailored prior to having to use this app. We have individual colour products and want to be able to have products of the same colour relating to the assigned product. (old style, we set a tab in the product settings to see the collection of other colour related products) - new system link: you have to link individual products that relate and it is super time consuming.
Les listes de métadonnées ne permettent pas de créer de nouveaux filtres...
This app has glaring design flaws and limited functionality. I should be able to create filters using specific tags that are relevant to certain collections, but there is no way to remove tags from the list OR choose a collection to display that filter on. So, what is the point of this app?
For more control over the filter values shown to buyers, we recommend using product metafields in the Help docs here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/search-and-discovery/filters#add-metafield-filters. These also let you group related metafield values under the same metafield definition to give hierarchy to your filtering dropdowns, which may be more useful to you than a single drop down list of product tags.
cette application est trop limitée et trop statique elle ne permet pas de mettre des collections ou des catégories dans les produits associés. c'est pauvre.
Nao funciona. Dificil de entender como configurar. Só atrapalha.
