Merchants appreciate this app for its valuable free features, including product recommendations and a bulk edit tool, which enhance the shopping experience and may increase sales. They find the filter functionality useful but somewhat limited by product count. The app is easy to integrate and navigate, improving customer search functionality. Support is generally positive, with issues resolved satisfactorily, and there is anticipation for future enhancements to search tools.
The "recommendations" part of this app is almost unusable. Every page takes for ever to load and it keeps crashing all the time. We need to update the complimentary products for all our products and it's an absolute nightmare.
It works, but why would it be so limited to the number of filters? Each collection should have at least 5, if not 10, unique filters. This is the major reason why I am giving it only 2 stars. If it wasn't free, it would be 1 star.
Unfortunately the filter of sizes does not work at all. Even though we have selected for out of stock merchandise not to show up, it still does. Additionally, it fails to filter sizes properly. Not recommended
