Merchants highly praise this app for enhancing search functionality and customer experience, especially useful for stores with large catalogs. It features real-time sync, personalized search results, and customizable sorting and filtering options. The app integrates well with various themes and is noted for its user-friendly setup and reliable performance. Customer support is consistently commended for its responsiveness and effectiveness, providing quick troubleshooting and custom code solutions. Merchants find it invaluable for improving site navigation and product discovery.
Searchanise fills the gaps that Shopify can't or won't. We use them because Search & Discovery won't allow filtering of as many products as we have in some collections. They also do 60 day best selling, so your sort order isn't locked into prioritizing some product that you blew out two years ago. They have so many features, and so many options to optimize.
The fact is, if you need features beyond Search & Discovery you end up needing a service like Searchanise. Many of these are egregiously expensive or a huge drag on performance. Searchanise is neither. Their core app is really easy on performance. Their biggest performance drawback is a reliance on jquery, which usually takes longer to load than their app. Overall though, they try hard and provide incredibly responsive support. They help you work through issues and provide support to your developers for customizations. Shout out to Ksenya for helping us fix some of our more persistent issues. The impression I get is that the Searchanise team is always improving, and in this with us when it comes to plugging the gaps in Shopify's capabilities.

This app has many bugs
The Customer service never lets you know whenever they have big issues
the customer service is also very bad and answers once every 3 or 4 days
please DO NOT install this app have many other apps on the market better than them
