The app looks good, but the customer service is terrible. It's been five days now and I'm still having a minor issue. They sometimes take two days to respond and don't seem interested in helping you, even though you can see they're online. All I want is for them to set it up so that my customers receive emails in their own language. Normally, any other company would have solved this within 10 minutes. The best advice I can give you is to use apps from Asia for this kind of thing. You get a response within 30 seconds, they ask for access to your store themselves, and solve any problem within minutes. I'm giving them two more days to fix this, then I'm gone. For $35 a month, you can get apps that are ten times better.

Returning customer! I paused my website and thought I would try a new email provider with the re-launch. Needless to say after several weeks, I reinstalled Seguno and to my surprise there have been lots of intuitive updates since I paused my site. I have found Seguno extremely user friendly, easy to navigate, which has really saved me so much time. It being designed specifically for the Shopify platform I think is an advantage for users. So far, so good and I have already built numerous emails that are ready to go in the coming weeks. I should have stayed put. Lesson learned!

I wanted something easy to use that was customizable. I can't stand getting tons of auto-marketing emails and neither do my customers! Seguno provides a framework for small businesses in a newsletter-style feel.
I love Seguno! By far the most cost efficient and easiest marketing platform. Anything that I need to source from my website, I can put right on my website. Their complex ability to link to multiple locations keeps me coming back! I wish there were more ways to layout products in emails, but other than that - I'm satisfied!

An easy platform to send out emails and I love the automation that I can have for my newsletters. the simple Create Your own feature is my favorite to use and I find that its a simple , easy use for all ages to navigate.

I've used a lot of email apps in my business but Seguno has impressed me above the rest. In fact, we recently end a 10 year relationship with another app and migrated the entire list to Seguno.
