Selfnamed: Cosmetics on demand

Best app ever!

I've been willing to start a skincare online store for a few months, and thanks to SelfNamed it'll become true! The integration with Shopify is easy to make and set up and I'm confident that I'll reach all my goals with it!

Merci beaucoup de pouvoir nous proposer une alternative en petite quantité pour lancer notre marque. Je compte vraiment continuer à travailler avec vous et j’ai hâte d’avoir les nouveautés qui vont sortir.

I am really unsatisfied with this App right now. Creating products and syncing works but if you change in Shopify the Product details.. it will not sync anymore.

I cannot automatically sync my orders it won't work. I wrote couple of email to the support but they won't answer and if they answer its already too late. They need couple of DAYS for answering urgent cases..

I also tried to place the orders on the self named website and also this does not work properly. How is this App even allowed on Shopify? I lost more money with this app then selling products. This is insane!

There is also no live support chat available, no phone number only a email address and they need couple of days...

Please do not waste your time with this app, now I need to change my whole concept of my shop and look for other Companies ... this will take again more time and money for me.

AND THE BEST PART: You can't cancel any orders! Like imagine a customer places a order and the cancel it.. you will lose your money... happened to me already...

Impressed by the concept, the product selection and certifications. Some minor bugs with the app, but they are fixed now. I like it so far. Yet to see if the shipping, delivery and returns services are good.
