We had a problem with sell by weight app, but the company reached out and walked me through the process. So far, it's working exactly as it's supposed to. Paying $20/month for absolutely nothing. On it's best day, the Sell by Weight App will take 5 minutes to load on your POS and slow you down. On it's worst day, it shows a blank screen or opens to the 'set up' screen. We have found it to be incredibly frustrating and now it doesn't work at all.
