Our business (bulk refill store) would not exist without the Filljoy App. Derrick and team are very responsive when problems or questions arise. At the time of initial set up, over 3 years ago, Derrick himself was on the phone to walk us through each step. Filljoy has also been helpful with recommendations on best prices for scales and tablets, even procuring used tablets and re-selling to us. The interface is less user friendly(small font, not as intuitive) after the Shopify upgrades, but we're optimistic it will improve over time

We had a problem with sell by weight app, but the company reached out and walked me through the process. So far, it's working exactly as it's supposed to. I have to say it was actually nice talking a person on the phone instead of a robot or being redirected for 4 hours like all the other apps. 5 stars now, thank you

Paying $20/month for absolutely nothing. On it's best day, the Sell by Weight App will take 5 minutes to load on your POS and slow you down. On it's worst day, it shows a blank screen or opens to the 'set up' screen. We have found it to be incredibly frustrating and now it doesn't work at all. We have not been able to use it since last week when they "updated it" and seemingly broke it. We opened a support case which hopefully gets resolved soon, as we are paying for this service.

We're sorry for the frustration you experienced with our app - the issues you mentioned in your review were unfortunately caused by Shopify and outside of our control as a third party developer, but our new tile should load noticeably more quickly. Paying $25/month for very little. This is designed optimally for wholefood stores and similar. The outlay cost of $25 MINIMUM a month is ludicrous. At best, this app takes 5 minutes to load on your POS and then literally slows down every transaction to a crawl.

Derrick and his team are amazing and are always willing to help with whatever our company needs. We run a direct to consumer meat business and use a variety of the FillJoy apps for our various sales channels. Every time we have had any sort of issue of specialty thing that we have needed Derrick and his team are right there answering our millions of questions and coming up with new and improved beta versions of their apps for us to try. We truly wouldn't be able to run our business on a platform like Shopify without the Filljoy apps!
