as yet I haven't used this but I've had no problem with loading and updating etc, Hopefully I will get some bookings very soon
I like the interface, and the app works better than others I have compared it to, but I wish I could schedule more than one appointment in a time slot without having to create more "team members," as our appointments are not specific to a person and I think that will confuse people. Also I wish it had the option to add additional details, such as if the person is bringing extra people along.
Very good application, but the translation part needs to be improved, many things are still in English and the "duration" should also be translated
Not the most technical person so I stumbled upon a few problems/questions which were all swiftly solved by Aymane on their support team. Haven't used the app for too long but if it works as well as their customer service, then the future with Sesami seems bright!
Easy to configure, like the user interfaces, the settings are suitable for booking module for any session products.

The CX Manager Leonardo was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, this app does not fit my business. It does not allow me to set a blocked time for my classes. For example, the classes run every second Saturday for three weeks. This app will only allow those interested in attending a class to sign up and pay each week and not sign up and pay once for the series of classes. So, the stars go to the professionalism of the CX Manager who went above and beyond trying to assist.
They need to implement a way for people to schedule multiple dates at once. Currently you have to open time slots per day. Other than that, makes appointment scheduling seamless.
It has a great booking system and when help is required for set up or change, the team are straight onto it for you. Great service.
We just added this app to help with setting up Virtual fittings since our brand has moved to online only due to COVID. I'm so please with the ease of installation, integration, and set up. I ran into an issue with setting the duration and support was quick and they fixed the problem for me and also sent me a tutorial video for how to do it in the future.
So far so good with this app. We've only begun to use it so will report back. However, the customer service has been excellent in getting us set up and on track. Hoping to give it a 5 star in the near future.
