Great customer service and I like the principle of the app. I'd made a previous review saying "it is a little slow to load the 'select time' on the service page in question so customers have been adding the service to basket which causes extra admin to get them booked onto specific time slots but hopefully this will improve.". Aymane reached out upon reading my review to let me know they could fix this for my site and offered to implement it for me. Exceptional service!
I personally prefer calendly's design, but Sesami gets the job done with a proper integration. Sesami's back-end UX is fantastic, but its front-end is a bit boring, wouldn't cost them much to do a revamp for customer experience sake.

While we are indeed considering a new calendar type in addition to the current one, we truly love the unique one we built. It's the most neutral calendar for booking services. The closest thing to one's personal calendar. Having said that, it may not be the best choice for certain business cases.
We use this app with the advantage of income integration. It performs very well at the Medium Plan for us with the customer rescheduling/cancel feature with automatic refunds. What is missing though, is the ability to share the sesami calendar from a browser for reception to see daily. Currently you must have permissions to log in to the sesami control panel within shopify to do this. It would be very easy to create a shareable link to the sesami calendar if it resides on a server somewhere. There is also some disconnect when customers choose 'any available'. Sesami doesn't show all available times so those appointments are all going to one team member without fair distribution. We did google calendar integration with all team members and had them share to one bogus calendar we have logged in at the reception. So a few kinks to work out for full functionality at $49/mo, but this is really the absolute best solution out there right now. Time slots are attributed to team members so you can assign multiple team members to a single item. Most other apps attribute time slots to the item and only let one member control it.
Sesami was referred to me by a help agent on Shopify and have been using it for a few months now with no problem. Convenient for me and my customers.
This app is great and the customer service is very helpful! It seems as though this is new and still has a few bugs to work out as well as new features to add in the future but it's a great solution for small businesses on a budget!
I used this app to help my clients book one on one dance sessions with me. I was able to set up my team and their available calendars with ease. The only problem I encountered was on my actual website. The ‘Select Date and Time’ button was not visible (it was the same color as my background, giving me a bunch of sessions with no dates booked. I reached out to the Sesami customer service chat and was connected with Mariana who responded quickly in letting me know what the problem was and how to fix it. She sent it to the Technical Team to have the color changed. She informed me that it would take up to five business days to complete. I ended up heading back from Mariana hours later, letting me know that it had fixed and should be active on my site. Which it is. I am giving this app four stars, because I think that it would be nice if we were giving the opportunity to select colors on our own. But customer service is pretty quick, so it’s not a hassle. Overall, the entire process of speaking to customer service was very easy and user friendly. Thank you :-)

Getting my private coaching lessons scheduled is easy and efficient. Getting started, there are a few things to look out for from my perspective. The quantity amount, if displayed on your product page will negatively effect the outcome of the booking and scheduling software provided by Sesami. There customer support is quick to help and adjust any problems which is a great help if you're trying to make a name for your business this app on Shopify can really help if you are a coach, trainer, instructor, or anyone booking for individual sessions with 1-1 clients. I do wish I could have more variation in scheduling to allow for "reoccurring Event / Multiple bookings at a time. If someone wants to book multiple 1-1 sessions, they have to go back and add each individually. If there was a feature that if they select multiple quantity, they select that many in sessions. If the quantity and # of sessions don't add up, display an error.
5 Star if they would give Dutch for free :)
Guess what? Dutch has been next on the list and obviously for FREE, like all other languages. So, go for the 5 star!

I evaluated a number of scheduling apps and in the end Sesami had the best customer service and instructions. I'm still getting my head around the app but so far it's meets most of my needs.

The app works really great and the emails look very nice. I wish that it was a little faster to add services and there was a little more flexibility but it works just fine with no issues.
