If you hold inventory, the packages are sent within a day.
They have in-house IT team that sorts all problems and request very fast.

I wish i could start working with Ship to The Moon way earlier. I wasted my time, energy and money working with my precious dropshipping agent. These guys are very professionals and always ready to assist. They have helped me grow my business as well. Shipping time is very fast.
