As soon as I installed the app someone reached out to me to make sure I had an easy time setting up things and making sure it works well with my store.The app really helped me during the busy season when I didn't have so much time to be dealing with claims. We did not have to worry about bad shipping services anymore once we started using shipinsure.

I had a very easy time installing and integrating shipinsure with my store, their team helped me throughout the way and answered all my questions. They took over all the shipping claims for me and I did not have to worry about a thing knowing my customers were being taken care of. Would recommend it to anyone looking for package insurance.

This app offers great insurance rates for shipping above what most carries would cover. It is also conveniently available for customers to simply add to their shopping cart order. Their support is expedient and not afraid to discuss issues by phone conversations. I would recommend this app!
