Shipped AI has been phenomenal at supporting us through our AI CX journey. I appreciate their willingness to listen and adjust and help figure things out as they arise. We’re an incredibly seasonal business, I was looking for a solution to help minimize the number of tickets humans needed to intervene to resolve. Shipped AI was able to significantly help reduce our seasonal staffing needs in Q4, and continue to release new features to make our lives easier. We are looking forward to the many enhancements they are going to make in 2025.

We're very happy with our experience with Shipped. We started with a 30-day free trial in 2024 and have been customers for almost one year. We appreciate the advanced level of complexity that their AI agents can handle, not just engaging in conversation with our customers, but proactively solving issues and thinking like our in-house support reps. We highly recommend Shipped Suite for any e-commerce retailers looking for advanced AI customer support agents.

Company cant seem to get their story straight. At first they were having delays because our site has a sidebar, then it's suddenly incompatible after 2 weeks of waiting for the install. It seems to me that they have no clue what they are doing. Avoid this company like the plague.

So far, three weeks, the experience has been incredibly smooth and well-managed. Customers are happy and we're happy too! I was a bit skeptical, because we don't love using outside companies to handle any part of our customer experience journey. The Shipped team has been so great though. Very responsive and thoughtful throughout onboarding and testing. We've had a few settled claims, and everything was very seamless. Definitely recommend!

Jasmine and the Team at Shipped Suite have been nothing short of outstanding.

An initial issue with integrating the Shipped Shield app (due to a code conflict caused by another app I use) was quickly resolved and I am very thankful for the efficient service, expert guidance and friendly communication I have received so far.

I have no hesitation in recommending Shipped Suite and the Shipped Shield Shopify app.

our customers love shipped shield. i'm seriously amazed that almost every order includes it. we started looking for a shipping protection when we had a few orders this past month never make it to our customers. we're a new company so every lost order hurts since we have to ship the product out again, but love how now shipped will cover that loss. special thanks to jasmine for getting us set up so fast.
