The support has been amazing. I have several options that I need to add to my shipping profile, both small parcel and LTL. The support team has been willing to jump on multiple calls to walk me through this. This has been the easiest solution for the products we offer on our website.

I contacted their services because I had problems configuring the app for my needs. Indeed, it is impossible in Shopify Shipping to predict a delivery price according to an area in France and according to the weight.
I got a quick response from Vinduja who took the time to answer me and help me. She gave me the reasons for the problem so that I could correct my settings. Now the delivery system is working properly.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!! these things can be super tricky especially when promotional codes and different postage requirements for different locations in the same country come into play. Whenever I needed help I would simply click on the chat icon while in the app and ask for help, the team don't start work until 11:30am Sydney time but as soon as they are at work, they reach out to me straight away. You can also schedule a Zoom meeting and let them take control of your screen and they can work their magic to make any of your requirements come to life!
